Entry into the “Chatswood Interchange After Dark!” Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This competition has no connection to Meta whatsoever and is not sponsored, supported or controlled by Meta in any way. All questions, comments or complaints are to be referred to Chatswood Interchange and not Meta. The supplied information is used solely for the execution of this competition by Chatswood Interchange.

 

How to Enter:

  1. Visit Chatswood Interchange after 5.30pm during the promotional period, take a photo enjoying the After Dark entertainment or dining at the centre.
  2. Upload the photo to Chatswood Interchange’s Facebook wall www.facebook.com/chatswoodinterchange  OR your public Instagram account and include #ChatswoodInterchangeAfterDark in the comment to go into the draw.

 

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 5.30pm AEST 1 May 2024 to 9.00am AEST 20 May 2024.

 

Conditions of Entry

  • Chatswood Interchange accepts no responsibility if you are unable to take a photo during this timeframe.
  • Entry is only open to Australian residents.
  • This promotion does not apply to Management and staff of Chatswood Interchange or Contractors of the above organisations.
  • This promotion does not apply to employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating stores at the Chatswood Interchange and the agencies associated with this Promotion. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
  • Entrants can enter as many times as they like, provided they submit a different photo
  • Any offensive photos or comments will be deleted and therefore excluded from the draw
  • Participants understand that the Chatswood Interchange Facebook page is visible by anyone that has a Facebook account, therefore photos are public.
  • Participants understand that by uploading their photos and entering this competition Chatswood Interchange may use or reproduce the photo in any publication, printed matter, online or in other media without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Chatswood Interchange may edit or reduce in size of your submission for the purpose of clarity and space.
  • Where photos are submitted with people in the images it is the responsibility of the entrant to obtain permission from that person(s) before entering the competition.
  • Chatswood Interchange reserves the right to delete photos which have not complied with these rules, please ensure that your photos comply with Facebook’s Community Standards: https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards
  • Chatswood Interchange accepts no responsibility for any complications associated with internet, networks or telephone lines including bugs/viruses and server problems for whatever reason.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entry and to disqualify any customer who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
  • If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

 

Details of the Prizes

  • The random prize draws will be held after 9am AEST on Monday 6, 13, and 20 May 2024 and will be conducted online.
  • Prizes: The first ten (10) entries drawn on each date will each receive 1 x $100 Chatswood Interchange Gift Card
  • A total of thirty (30) prizes will be awarded. Total prize pool is $3,000.
  • The prize winners will be notified on the Chatswood Interchange Facebook page or Instagram account through a comment on the corresponding status update or private message to their Facebook/Instagram after the prize draw.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on Monday 3 June 2024 and will be conducted online at random.
  • Winners will be published on the Chatswood Interchange Facebook page and Instagram account.
  • Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Liability

The Promoter and any companies associated with this Promotion accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Any additional amount or GST incurred by using the Gift Cards is not the responsibility of the promoter.
